  • How soon will photos be ready?
  • Who many photos will be taken?
  • What is the shooting schedule?
  • When you hire, make sure you give them a list people you want to make sure are photographed.

There has been a big trend for photojournalism style wedding photos.  These candid photos are especially embraced by young hip brides and can be absolutely breathe taking.  However, parents often still want the posed photographs.  Find a balance and make sure you cover all of your bases.

Of all of the people you hire it is very important to meet your photographer in person.  Essentially this is who will follow you around ALL day.  You don’t have to become best friends, but you need to make sure you get along and are compatible; otherwise this could be reflected in your photos.  Before you hire a photographer, prepare a list of questions, such as:
